“I was ecstatic”

I just wanted to say thank you for all you have done for me.

When I originally came to you, my score was in the low 600s. I had Michael run my credit last night and my Equifax came back at 753!

I was ecstatic and shocked, to say the least. I knew it had improved, but I had no idea I was in the 700s. It turns out that I now have the flexibility to go either conventional or FHA.
