I would like to personally thank you and the Credit Security Group family for working tirelessly to assist me in improving my credit scores.

CSG was recommended to me by my brother. I was a bit apprehensive at first doing business with someone I never met that was representing a company I did not know. I live in the New Jersey and work in New York City. That is a long way from Dallas, Texas. However, after my initial telephone consultation with you, I knew I was dealing with a professional organization that was going to fight for me.

I presented CSG with a serious challenge. My situation was uniquely difficult and probably not typical of your normal clients and required a high level of talent and expertise to correct. Yet Credit Security Group fought hard and kept me informed and the results are in.

Nine months ago, the three reporting agencies reported my scores as 694, 685, and 670. After CSG’s intervention the three reporting agencies now rate my scores at 773, 714, and 712. This represents significant improvement. In spite of this success, you and Credit Security Group are still fighting to get the remaining fraudulent items removed from the last two reporting agencies. This is what I call Customer Service.
