“Thank you” just does not seem to be enough for the help that Eddie Johansson gave us.
My husband and I are going through a lot with our credit and didn’t know what the next step should be. We were getting harassing phone calls and letters from creditors and collection agencies, but our credit consolidation company would act like it was not a big deal.
We were so confused and needed to talk to someone who was not involved on either side.
Eddie explained everything so clearly. He went beyond everything we could have hoped for. By the end of the phone call Eddie had outlined a plan for my husband and I, and for the first time we saw an end to all this.
As I was trying to thank him, I had tears in my eyes and trying not to cry while I was on the phone. I think he knew and was nice enough not to say anything!
